Rizla Suzuki has confirmed that it will start its pre-season testing programme for the 2007 Bennetts British Superbike Championship with a two day test session in Spain.
The test at Calafat, scheduled for 7-8 February, will mark the first time that newly signed riders Chris Walker and Cal Crutchlow will have taken to the track together on the 2007 specification GSX-R1000 as the former championship winning squad looks to return to the head of the field after a tough 2006 that saw just a single win – secured by Shane Bryne at Knockhill.
The season will then kick off at Brands Hatch on Easter Monday – 9 April (the same day as the GixerJunkies first ever track day at Cadwell Park!)
