Sergio Gadea topped the timesheets for the second day running as the 125cc world championship’s Valencia test came to a close.
The 22-year-old Spaniard lapped his local circuit in 1:39.900 - two tenths of a second quicker than his Aspar Aprilia team-mate Hector Faubel, while Britain's Bradley Smith maintained his excellent pace in third on his Repsol Honda - half a second back after covering 99 laps.
Frenchman Alexis Masbou improved on his Monday time as he went fourth on his FFM Honda, while Pablo Nieto was fifth for Blusens Aprilia.
Esteve Rabat was sixth on the second Repsol Honda with Briton Danny Webb (Arie Molenaar Aprilia) and Hugo van den Berg (Blusens Aprilia) were next up.
Mateo Tunez and Joey Litjens completed the top ten.
