Well I'm about as shattered as possible now, but thought I'd stick a quick post up.

Congrats to Sradmatt... saw some very good riding (esp in the wet) this weekend from you mate, gutted for you about both 2nd races, but I'll let you cover that in your write up.

Congrats to Slappy's mate Craig, was brilliant chatting to him this weekend and he had a brilliant day today after some hard work yesterday, he went from 9th to 1st in his first race before he'd even completed the 1st lap today and ended the day with a 2nd and 3rd! Good burnout too (I won't mention the entrance into the garage *lol*)

Congrats also, and a HUGE thank you to Danny Imberg who as well as letting me lend a hand with Lozzo also treated me like a guest for the weekend :D Who finished first in Powerbike yesterday and unfortunately came off today whilst leading the race (commentators curse lol), absolutely brilliant bloke (even if he does ride a green thing) who also walked me round the track and gave me some top tips for when I do my next track day there.

Was a fantastic weekend and a real eye opener into the world of club racing, it's amazing how everyone pulls together and helps everyone out, met a few real characters and can't wait to go help him again soon :D:D

on another note... I also discovered my car is pretty comfortable to sleep in and that after a day as a pit monkey I will sleep through pretty much anything (I have a bad feeling there may be photographic eveidence of this)

Yeah... well done to your mate too (tell him to get up earlier next time... or ask someone to go put the wets on his wheels, silly boy missed his morning session)

It was good to see the spirit of it all, one guy even lent one of lozzo's friends a bike for the sunday after he crashed on the Sat (and they had to go to colchester to get it!), loads of people offered Danny bits for his today but there was too much stuff missing after the crash unfortunately (was quite impressive apparently but I missed it as I was out with the pit board at the time)

Oh and a big congrats too (opps missed it) to Rob for finishing 1st in the last powerbike race

Oh and of course another HUGE thank you to Lozzo who let me share his pit monkey work :D:D

Enjoy being a 'pit monkey' meself, was at Cadwell this weekend with my mate Jules who I regularly monkey for, had a real good weekend, included trip to Louth with another guy who needed a exhaust collar machining after his disintegrated.
Love club racing and love the way everyone helps everyone else, no prima donna's just peeps enjoynig racing.
Me mate Jules got two wins and a 3rd and 5th (these against thou's on his 750 K4!) good one Jules!
