Cheers to Flashart and Lee for helping me out, good to see you both.
Day started wet, things went ok. Next 2 races were damp but with dry line on slicks.
Last race was the A final and dry, game on.
14th on grid, good start, having a good dice with a group of riders. Re-overtook one at the end of the straight flat out in 6th. Unfortunately he didn't stop (total brake failure) and took us both down. Miraculously both of us are ok, but his bikes fecked and mine needs some $$ throwing at it.
Apparently the photog captured it all and it was pretty spectacular so i'll post em up when they surface..
sorry to hear about your off, terrible when your doing well, and no fault of yours, but I guess thats racing for you. Good luck next time.
Gutted for you mate... glad you're both ok though... hope you gave his mechanic a good long stare though

Glad to hear you are OK Steve, sounds as if you were very lucky......Hope you get sorted soon.
hope you're ok after yer off steve
The 300 yrd knee and toe slide down the main straight by the passenger hanging off the back of the sidecar was very impressive while punching the rider/driver , thankfully both survived to race another day after kneecap and toe replacement :acute:
