Where to buy ?

Anybody have any ideas of dealers selling crash damaged bikes ?

After visiting the cadwell track day on sunday, i can see that rather than spending hundreds making my pride and joy track day safe as possible - i might as well spend not too many hundreds more and buy a separate bike! There are plenty going on ebay for around the £1500 - £1800 mark, but surely i can get something cheaper from a dealer that just needs a bit of time and a little money spent on it ?

(btw got all 3 of my bikes from ebay using same method... cash offer when didnt reach reserve, to end early with haggling or mis-spelt action title :) )

I got mine from a guy that was trading it in to a local dealer. Just let one of the salesmen know what you want (offer him a drink for his trouble) and then just do a deal in the car park for a smidge more than the dealers offering the punter.
