View Full Version : Trackdays next year?
I'm doing the season ticket with Hottrax again, anyone else on here doing it?
I'm also doing the Ameria trip as well, anyone else?
How much is the season ticket? How many tracks days do they have in a year/season?
Never thought of doing that OGM
Will have to see how finances are first

I've applied for the HMRC Junior Endurance so should be at all the Friday Trackdays the day before the races. I like to use all the TDOs so wouldn't normally get a season ticket.

The season ticket is £2k. As many days as you can do between 1st Jan and Dec 31st.
Almeria is £599 all in for bike transport, tracktime (3 days), 4* hotel all inclusive
I find Hottrax to be very professionally run which is a bit more than I can say for a lot of others so have no problem solely using them
do NL do a season ticket? would be interested if they did
I would gladly pay to do a full season with Hottrax, I agree they are the best outfit by far, just don`t want to tie myself down with one company, did oulton this saturday with Focus events and as usual they swapped everyone around from group to group before the day even started.

Well I can understand where your coming from as it is easier to book with different TDO's for days that could suit you better. But if your planning on doing more than 11 days in a year and can be a bit flexible then the Hottrax deal make sense.
This years ticket was £1500 limited to 45 days. Its been a crap year for the weather but I still had trackdays of almost double the value I paid.
The biggest thing for me was I never felt pressurised to ride cos I'd paid £xxx for the day. I could always book another.

i did the season ticket this year. managed 28 days in the end, then paid for 3 more days at cartagena, so spent a month this year on track :)
the season ticket/riders club is tremendous value for money, and if it wasnt for going racing next year, i'd do it again, but i will also be doing the HMRC endurance races in 2008, but in the senior class, so thats either 6 or 8 hour races. i'll also be doing the TD's before the races and will fit a few more TD's in along the way as well as some winter testing to blow away the cobwebs in feb/march, but i wont do the riders club in 2008 due to the comitment to going racing.

Just launched on their site - ticket2ride it's called. 2k - all in including evenings. I'm so so tempted but it's an expensive time of year.
I think I'll see in January if they still have any available.

but with Racedays for me.
The standard track day format no longer rocks my boat & I don't have the time, desire or ability to go racing in the UK, so Racedays events are perfect for me. Grid start at Almeria too, so that'll be a riot :worship:
http://racedays.net/content/view/15/ As at Jerez last month, McWilliams & The Haslams will be there again so standards are going to be high again!
I've just booked on the Hottrax Almeria trip for May :D
In the lower group, cos all the others where full... Im hoping the European standard is a lil higher so Im not blasting around lookin like a beginer group warrior.
