For fear of smashing my bike up on the first TD of the year at the Donington Junkies Day I was wanting to know If anyone wanted to share a hired Track bike from Smallboys with me :drunk: . So if anyone is in the Fast or Novice group is interested let me know. I'd be looking at hiring a GSXR600k2. It would cost about £150 and there damage policy is reasonble and cheeper than dropping your road bike.
Have you checked with the hire people about this? The set up is one rider doing one session an hour normally.
with a sub heading reading---IF ITS GONA BE DROPPED,I,LL DROP IT.....
dosnt look good for someone sharing with you.....lol

Smallboy wiull hire out one bike to 2 people at the same TD, cost £90 extra.

That seems pretty reasonable

Just been looking at there site,
So, + 1 :D
Surely they will have a 7Fiddy exclusion policy in place somewhere in the small print
I think all the bike hire places have a photo of me up on their walls with a note stating "Do not hire to him" written on them

Seriously lads any takers.......eerrhum sorry anyone interested Theses guys at Smallboys look good and the bike prepand set up between sessions should be ok.
The main reason is one I didnt get my promotion so I can aford a TD bike now and the other reason is I watch a Gary McCoy crash on PooTube at crainer. I have a House family and other commitments and dont feel like writing off my Thou'
im gettin my 750 k5 all ready for its first td outing and im brickin it
You have more chance if throwing a hire bike down the track than your own, cant see the point in hiring if you have your own. Its the only time you will get to push it and see what its made for and get the most of it
