the idea of this thread isn't to swop peeps round but to give a little help to those that are a tad worried about playing with the big boys.....

.....I've already had offers of peeps willing to tow others round for a coupla laps or give general advice on lines etc (thanks guys)

Riding in the fast group for the first time is more daunting than your first track day in the novice group in my opinion because your number one worry is the fear of holding people up and looking stupid, well that was my fear anyway, but this isn't your average track day so the peeps that are in the fast group that would of preferred inters are going to be taking a big breath as they exit pit lane wondering just how well they fair with some properly quick guys, and girls of course. :D

I for one always take a bit of time watching peeps on track before getting my head down.
Sussing out who I can close pass and who I should give loads of room, as well as who I should try and follow because they have a tiny bit more than me, or who I should let vanish into the distance because they have race rubber, a well sorted bike, or have far more talent than I'll ever have.

If you want help or are worried PM Zuki without everyone taking the mick out of you because your human. :thumbsup:

ps, i live in leicester and saw the weather forecast this morning. rain on friday!! dont panic as its very likely to say sunny by thurday, but i would like to add (esp for donny newbies), it is a VERY slippy bit of tarmac when wet!! keep it smooth eh?? good luck and have fun to those that are riding.:beach:

I like to find someone who is a little bit faster than my own pace in the first couple of sessions then use them as a marker for the rest of the day. So if it is you then there will be loads of footage of you later so if you do bin it try to do it with some flair and grace :lol:
