View Full Version : Pit garages at Donny.
Although the Garages are a free for all at Donny could I politely ask that garage 1, 2, 38, 37 and 36 are kept free for instructors, Video man, camera man, the suspension man and Tink for all his Junkies goodies.
On a NORMAL track day the event organisers would be the first into the circuit to set up there gear and take what garages they need before Joe public gets in but because we're special we've been allowed 24 hour entry to the circuit from 6pm on Thursday night and I'm aware that a lot of people that are camping will be putting their bikes in the garages over night therefore we have to police ourselves.
If you spot anyone in these garages could you politely tell them why we need these garages and ask them if they'd be kind enough to move because not everyone will read this thread cos it's just another TD thread I'm afraid.

I hear what your saying but the garages cannot be reserved by Donny or by anyone else for that matter, hence why I've asked politely and at the end of the day the people that need these garages are their to help us enjoy our day even more. :thumbsup:
cool no problems :) ill just be happy to sort it all out the night before and not be rushing around like a crazy man in the morn!
I think with the weather forecast it would be wise that everyone is very accommodating in the spare garages and helps ensure everyone gets under cover.
There are 33 free garages and 150 people riding so everyone should be able to fit in a garage without too much of a problem with a bit of common sense ie don't all take EVERYTHING into the garage if you don't need it as your van/car etc will be parked up at the back of the garage so you can easily get to things.

i think myself ..doddy sean, biaggi ,dave t .. dirty sanchez mark 64 novice will all be trying to get our bikes in a garage thurday pm.. will that be ok and anyone else who wants to join us were all welcome .. in the fast group so will be busy place ...and noisy with me about lol

just a thought Is it worth one of the guys who's organised and going earlyish thurs printing some A4s with a "please do not use this garage" and duck taping them on relevant garages on thurs?
