I've got Donny next Saturday to blow the cob webs out cos I haven't done a track day since the junkies day so with any luck I won't be so rusty for Rockingham and not such a liability.

Looking forward to seeing some familiar ugly faces too, and I won't be so stressed at this one! :D

Having never ridden Rockingham before and with all my other trackdays being in the novice group, I have been wondering whether it is a good idea moving up into Inters. I just don't want to look a fool and get in everyones way.

I must confess I've been looking forward to this whole weekend in general cos it's going to be a bit different for me and Zuki.

The bikes are still loaded on the trailer from last weekends jolly to Donny so we've only a few bits to chuck in the car which makes life easier and today we're going to stock up with camping provisions cos we're gonna leave tomorrow morning an travel at mach 1 rather than mach 3 at 3am on the morning of the TD, find a camp site about half hour from Rocky, pitch our tent and go have a wonder round, BBQ and a few beers in the eve, turn up at Rocky a bit more awake with a bit of luck and wobble round the track for the day, back to the tent in the eve for more burnt food and beer, pack up Tuesday morning and head back home at mach 1 again. :D

Up until two weeks ago Zuki didn't do camping cos she's more the hotel type so we had a trial run in our poxy 2 man tent.

Yep, really looking forward to it now. My first trackday on my 18th bday, first ride on a gsxr, first time at rockingham and first time being out and about with the junkies.

Lets just hope its the first time (in a few weeks) we get some decent weather aswell.
