Rockingham - Noise Limits

Hi, Does anyone know how the noise is measured at Rockingham? I know the limits for the day is 104/105DB depending where you look, No Limits/Rockingham respectively.

Never been noise tested there, been there quite a few times and on al least 3 occassions ran my bike with a Racefit Growler minus the baffle
