I have a side mounted ATC (beautifully mounted with duct tape and cable ties)......which will be filming the fast group after lunch (when I have worked out my way around) any body who I can catch up with with and anybody who is rude and inconsiderate enough to overtake me will be filmed.

the footage looks like this (pembrey a few weeks ago) the original is considerably better than the youtube degenerated version.

I have remounted the front ATC off the steering damper so it should stop making people feel sick when they watch the footage. It's getting a bit busy in there though

Oregon are just about to bring out the ATC3K that has a wider field of vision and also fixes the low light issue. It also records to 4Gb SD cards. Then in Sept they bring out the ATC5K which comes with built in 1.5" monitor for playback and even more enhanced field of vision. ATC3K is £99, 5k will be £150.

Yep common problem. Get a bit of card and fold it up and drop it in the bottom of the bit that screws on and off to get access to the card/battery. The rubber at the bottom compresses too much leaving the SD card free to move. Bit of card fixes it.

I might fit my bullet cam and ask about taking the camcorder on-track in a bum bag when I get there. Actually, now that I've written that, I don't think I'll bother fitting it until I've spoken to somebody at the circuit. I'm bright me :snowy:
