Things to bring?

Right 1st track day so what do I need to take with me apart from:

myself
Both parts of my licence
ear plugs
lil snack
full race leathers
Approved helmate
gloves
boots

I wont need any medical clearance checks or eye checks etc?

also if you do it on your own bike (which im not but) do you need insurance certificate?

Thats all you need, lot's to drink, waterproof's are a good idea, most insurance is invalid on track anyway ;)

Don't worry bout the mechanical side Scott , will be bringing plenty of tools etc , chain lube and that kinda stuff with me anyway

cheers people, just making sure ive got the right things dont want to turn up to find i cant do it.

Ive booked a trackbike with Paul (No limits recommended him) honda cbr600rr so i dont need to worry about bike things atm.

Other than that a big heap of excitability and a shoehorn to get your grin back in your lid :D

i have aquired some proper military glow stickes ( flares) some that last 12 hours and some that hurt ur eyes for 30 mins so gonna attack someones van and tent :D
