I just want to thank No Limits for a top day for not only laying on an extra date for us but for giving us the day at a very very good price.:worship:

In my opinion Marks briefings really are the best because he doesn't miss anything out, they're clear and concise, and I've lost count of the amount of briefings I've heard him give but he still makes me giggle.

When we were all called in for our deserved telling off at dinner time Mark called me over for a chat and said something that summed the day up for me,
"what is it with your lot, they all keep falling off but there having such a good time" :worship:

The only complaint I had about the day wasn't down to No Limits but down the circuit for not telling us certain garages were not open to us until we were set up and the fact that there was 5 punctures through the day which Mark complained to the circuit about, other than that, a top top day.

So, Mark and all at No Limits, a massive thank you from me. :D:D:D

Your thoughts on No limits please peeps because I'll forward this thread to Mark because he does like feed back that's positive or constructive.

Was awesome, day and all the No Limits staff that i spoke to were great and very helpful :D Mark giving me updates on the Tyre guy lol :p

Only complain I have and its nothing really just something that annoyed me at the time was the first novice session after lunch, because of the 3 offs before lunch they made us do 2 sighting laps AGAIN which I found abit unfair :/ but the thing that was annoying was after the second she never waved us on so nobody knew if it was ok to go :/, But SRAD 64 took off after half way around that lap so I duly followed lol.

Absolutely a top track day, well organised, good clear briefings wothout being too heavy, clear information at all stages of the day despite crappy circuit tannoy system.

I for one, would use them again but the next time I am going to ask for some help with my lines.

Awesome day and top marks to NL for another well run day. Absolutely no question a second brief was warranted but it was handled very well (by all). Top job well done in my opinion.

My only criticsm isn't aimed at NL but again at the circuit in that it was very very dirty. First session out and just got around to start onto the banking and I was peppered with rubber. Off line some of the corners were really bad.

Only the 2nd trackday I've done with No Limits but they're by far the best outfit out there. Top day, good work chaps.

I sat this one out and just spectated so I saw a lot, No Limits were bang on all day from what I saw but it has to be said the marshalling was shocking! But that is a critisism of Rockingham itself.

Im sold on the way No limits run all their trackdays. They are definately a cut above the competition.

You get the feeling they are enjoying the day to and not just going through the motions.

I like the way even the mid day "stop crashing" debrief, whilst getting the point across, wasn't patronising in any way and still had good humour to it.

what was it...about a £100 for 7 sessions even with our pre lunch crashing extravaganza. Superb value, great organisation.

Every group not just novice does 2 sighting laps after lunch to dial you back in again.

We all get sleepy after eating and it's No Limits way of waking everyone up again which I don't think is a bad thing really.

only gripe i got is not down to NL. When chequered flag is waved at end of start/straight there shouldnt be other marshalls waving them. If you didnt see the one on start straight cos you werent there then just as you expect to come back onto the banking and encounter it comes as a bit of a surprise.Chequered flag should only be in one place!

NL ... top day and bollocking done with a sense of humour and i'd say duly noted. 10 0ut of 10 for me

i have only ever used No limits from right from my begginer days.

I found them excellant and have never ever had a problem with them.

I have now used FE twice and lets just say i will be sticking to No limits.

Ther manner and tutition is wicked and there all a really friendly bunch,.

They give praise when its due and bollockings when its needed.

10 out of 10 :worship: :worship: :worship: :worship:

Sought Mark out at the end of the day to thank him personally. I won't do trackdays with any other outfit. You don't get the ego trip from the staff with NLs. Rockingham isn't high on my favourite tracks list, but the NL team made the day enjoyable. Mark has the right attitude for me. He can give a bollocking in a jovial manner, but you get the seriousness implied. The track was appaling for the surface condition, bumps and accumulated crap at the edge of the track, especially in the area of the second of the three lefts.

Alas for me a rep from Rockingham was stood behind me while I was telling Mark I thought the place was crap. Still they saw the funny side. A lot of people like the place and fair play to them.

another thing I really like about no limits is their last lap policy. i.e pull in a lap later but carry on as you want until then.

the slow down no overtaking thing you get at the other TDO's I have been with is irritating as hell with everyones version of what constitutes slowing down being different. Its just wasted track time.

Ah ok Mate fair enough :-)

Yea thinking about it it is a good idea, just ill know next time to just go after the 2 laps wasnt sure if I was allowed or not.

top day from no limits always is been on a few trackdays with them always do like the butty in the morning and some banter which other trackday orgainsers do so much, only reason i dont always go with no limits is different dates to what i want or the open pit lane stuff focused does otherwise its no limits for me :worship:

No Limits were the best TD company when I first went on track in 94` and still are today.

Far better than F**ked up Events.

Had a top day with top people.

(apologies again Scotty) :derisive:

very good organising, really enjoyed the day even though i stacked it

not done many TD's but found this really good value for money, not done 7 sessions in a day before, usually only the 5/6 on a TD. awesome. Thanks again to everyone who organised it. Top job...Rich

Yep really good day and the first time I haven't gone to sleep in a briefing for ages.

It was strange how there were so many bins, yet I saw no bad riding at all - again which is very unusual.

great day - and looking forward to another NL day at Mallory on Saturday.

No Limits, especially Mark proved to me on my off at Cadwell last year that they are proffessionals and also care by getting in touch with me whilst I was still in hospital to check up on me!

Before I have only used FE and the donny organisers along with No Limits but whenever I'm looking to do a trackday I go to the No Limits site first!

The mid day "telling off" was to the point and needed, god knows why so many binned it???

The track was filthy, I hope that was nothing to do with all the offs? Am not gonna run to sign up to anymore Rockingham days as I didn't like the circuit particularily which is a shame as it looks really impressive.

Have always recommended No Limits tho and will continue to do so

had a great time as usual with no limits:worship:

never had that feeling all day (apart from the red flags in the morn:whistle: )
relaxed, very well organised, professional happy excellent staff:worship: :worship: :worship: :worship:

Thought from a first time trackdayer!

Pre Event Organisation excellent - with my booking, cancelling, then re-booking when I got the bike fixed! no hassle - no fuss - just sorted
Instructors helpful and knowledgable.
Briefing good - second briefing also good - as others have said not patronising, but to the point and got the message accross
An excellent day was had

Will certainly use No Limits again, and will recommend them to other mates.

You were doing your mean and moody 'post race reflective pose' on the metal 'seats' outside the front of the garages. You really had it nailed. I was impressed and almost intimidated with the intensity of it

Can only agree with all that's been said. Was a bit aprehensive that the second 'briefing' would be a bit headmasterly - but it was perfect in tone and hit home more than just getting a severe bollocking. Top job by all at NL.

Mark, absolutley no complaints from us as usual - only that I did point out to your misses the sweets were rather hot at the end of the day...if you would stick them in a fridge for a couple of hours before you hand them out??, they'd taste oh so much better

Cheers guys,

My only gripe is not getting us on the start quicker so that as soon as the 1st group where going into the pits the 2nd group weren't heading out.

Oh and the 2 siting laps business after luch. Had the camera on for that session, what a boring watch that is. I'll post it up once i've chopped it about a bit.

Thanks again guys

Thanks No Limits :) had a great day (despite feeling seriously out of my depth for best part of the day) .. but I was enjoying it towards the end when I relaxed a bit.

Organisation was great, briefings were informative and easy to take in and it was nice that they weren't overly serious too. Also enjoyed my sausage sarnie in the morning :D

It all made my first track day great, Thanks :D

I think that there should be 2 siting laps after lunch otherwise you have people who have mentally switched off a little during the break going out and trying to run at the pace they did before lunch, with the obvious potential dangers. They are there purely to dial you back in ;)

Totally agree they are really frustrating though

This was the sixth trackday with NL and have absolutley no complaints whatsoever .

The morning briefing was excellent but did prefer Marks effort at donnington the week before when he stood out in the rain "whilst we all ran for cover"and continued the briefing.:worship:.

The dinner time brief was needed but done well and what a difference it made to the afternoon sessions .

Only complaints were the tannoy ..couldn't be heard and the darned chequred flag being waved at the pit lane entrance before seeing the one on the main straight thus loosing a lap each time. I did bring this to Marks attention and immediatley set about sorting it out.

Great day, had and an awsome time in the fast group ..thanks Scottyh for the nudge.

Got to agree well sorted,Gripes, the track when you first go off the(pits) (banking) was a mess, loads of rubber an shit, rest of the track i found alright,Suppose you could say that is not N.L. fault,But it is there running the day so should have had it cleaned,.:beach:

I'm relieved to hear that's what was happening! I thought I'd been missing the one on the start-finish and only seing the 'reminder' at the pit entrance... Thought my contacts had gone wonky!

I've done 5 trackdays with No Limits now. They are always excellent and well run. Mark gets the point across, but with humour always. Their policies on not slowing down and numbers of sighting laps are always appropriate for the conditions on the day and work well.

They are also incredibly helpful. I had a tyre warmer blow at Donny and they lent me one of theirs to use for the day. I forgot my extension lead at Rockingham and they lent me one again for the day.

Definitely the best TDO and I will keep going back for more.

I loved the Rockingham track. It was incredibly physical, with almost constant turning. As others have said, it was dirty in bits though and I lost count of the times I felt bits of rubber fling up and pelt me. There was even a bit as big as a cricket ball that I managed to avoid luckily...
