Started racing last year in the scottish supersport championship ( nothing like jumping in at the deep end! ). The first meeting I attended was at East Fortune in East Lothian. Set out on Saturday getting to know the track, getting faster by the lap. Finished 18th and 15th out of 31 ( not bad for never being on a track before ). One of my friends phoned me on saturday night asking how I got on, being all cocky and a superstar racer I thought I would have a joke with him. I told him I went into railway ( a double apex righty ) to hot then highsided coming out and wrecked the bike. GUESS WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I only went and done exactly that on Sunday in the first race, OUCH!.
