just to let you all no the camp site will be open again to all junkies and guests for the track day at rockingham so the night of 31 july
same thing as last year free camping but brekie will be a fiver and will consist of full english, cereal, toast, tea and or coffee ..julie will also do dinner if enough want it as this is all that we could have done with last year
for those who were not there last year toilets showers bar every thing you will need

for anyone thinking of camping at rocky this is a very good venue with brecky not to mention the bar, pool table,showers and moto gp on the big screen..

Normally I drive to Rocky of the morning of a TD (about 125 miles) but I'm now responsibile for a site in Northampton, so could blag the Friday 'working' in Northampton and then come and camp over with you guiys ready for the Saturday. Would mean towing the bike on trailer to work but that's no real ball-ache....
What's the score with the camping here then?

its a local football ground.we can use the showers the bar with pool table and tv and they do a fry up for a few quid in the morning.you can camp on the pitch or kip in your car/van/caravan....went there last year....highly recommended..

I've blagged an extra day at my site in Northampton so will take the bike(s) with me and drive to the camping place after work. :beach:

what time does the camping / bar open , we should be arriving about 6 ish .

+1 on that, just been to Morrisons to get some odds'n'sods but nothing beats a good takeaway...
Any directions on how to find the place too? Will be coming from work in Northampton....

Just a quick one to say thanx to Gary for sorting the camping out , good to meet up with the rest of you lads and lasses , and that food came just at the right time , all in all had a cracking couple days.
