--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi, as a lot of you know by now that I crashed testing the new R6 Yamaha 2 weeks ago at Ty-Creos in Anglesey and I broke my collarbone. The doctors wouldn't plate it as they say it heals itself in about 8 weeks. But 8 weeks was no good for me as I need to get more testing done on the bikes as my first race is at Olivers Mount in Scarborough on 19th april.
I've been to Ipswich for lazer treatment which helps the healing process but it was a 500 miles round trip and took 9 hours to drive there and back in 1 day. I've been eating healthy and trying to exercise my shoulder as much as possible to keep the muscles moving and I've now started treatment in a hyperbaric chamber, its a big steal sealed cylinder that you sit in and they make the air pressure in it equivalent to being 33 foot under water and they give you extra oxygen which gets into your blood and helps with the healing of the bones.
I sat on the bikes today and felt o.k. until I sat up and I could feel the niggleing in my shoulder/colarbone, so maybe I'm not 100% yet but I'm getting there. I managed to sleep another 4 hours on my back last night as I'm normaly proped up with about 10 pillows.

Thank you all for joining my fan page , I hope to be selling team clothing and other merchandise soon so as all the profites will go towards the racing.

Many thanks,

Paul Owen
