oh and if your putting your bike in a van don't forget your keys ;)

It's never nice having to screwdriver your bike trackside, happens quite often ;)

I put mine in my wallet now a few days before as otherwise I am rubbish at remembering it....had to turn back for the damm thing twice now...thankfully never after getting more than 10 miles up the road.
