Honda have announced that they cannot offer Karl Harris a ride in 2007 as they cannot come up with the budget.

As Karl had held out for the Honda ride and had thus turned down offers from teams like Rizla Suzuki, it now appears that Karl could be out of a ride next year! Karl has been loyal to Honda for ages and this is the way they treat him!

Just hope Rob Mac can find the funds to run another R1 alongside Hill and Grant!

Would be a shame to lose Harris from the series as I still don't think we have seen the best from him.

He did under achieve this year for some reason,I thought he was going to swop places with Jonathan Rea, but like you say his loyalty has been thrown back in his face.

He has underperformed you are right and the plan was to swap rides with Rea. However, Honda had promised Leon Camier a superbike ride in 2007 and he has gotten it. However, Honda cannot afford to run two bikes on Dunlops, so Harris loses out!
