Alessandro Polita is well on the way to full recovery from the operation on his left hand after his accident last season.
Polita, who comes from Jesi, will be riding a Suzuki for Team Celani in the 2007 SBK World Championship. He has been working hard in physiotherapy sessions, in the pool and the gym, and has obviously achieved great results already, given that he took part in the Superbikers event at the Bologna Motorshow and did well enough to reach the semi-final.
As far as his first track outing on the Suzuki is concerned, the Team Celani has arranged a three day session in Spain on the 10th, 11th and 12th January at the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia.
